Refund Policy

Refund policy: The refund policy is available for 7 days from the original date of purchase. I always try to work with each student to the best of my ability to resolve issues quickly when I am contacted directly by email.

In order to reach resolution for refunds or complaints, you must contact me directly at massagecelearingtree@gmail.com (or see the Contact Us link here). I will respond in less than 48 hours to your email. Do not use a “fake” (undeliverable email address) when contacting me since I will not be able to reply to your request. 

99% of all issues are addressed via email communication and if I find it is necessary to call you, I will let you know. You will need to supply a valid phone number. I continuously monitor the site, so I will receive your request promptly. As time allows, I reply to your initial email request for help as soon as I see it, letting you know that I have received your request and have started looking into the matter. 

Please include the following information in your request:

  • Name
  • Email Addressed Used To Create Your Account
  • Date of Purchase (or approximate date of purchase, including year) or a copy of your purchase receipt
  • Your State of Renewal and state licensing number
  • Any screenshots or official letters (if applicable)
  • Reason for your contact

The Seven (7) Day Refund Policy does not include:

  • Individual courses within a “Course Bundle” of courses will not be refunded as individual courses
  • Any courses that you did not complete within a one year period from purchase are not refundable. Please complete your courses on-time during the access period, prior to your course’s expiration.  Expired courses cannot be reactivated or refunded.
  • Any courses that have already had any lesson(s) completed within the course (you’ll see a “mark” next to any completed lessons) 
  • Any course bundles, courses in the course bundle or individual courses that have had a Certificate of Completion issued.

Refunds are considered depending upon the specific request, so if you are unsure, please contact me directly by email so we can review the issue together.

Fraud: If any product was purchased with a fraudulent credit card or purchased using someone’s credit card that you did not have authorization to use and you have received Certificates of Completion, your State Board will be notified to cancel your renewal with certificates used from this site.

Students that file false disputes or claims may have their accounts canceled, future purchases blocked or have their state board notified of using fraudulent payment or certificates in order to renew their licenses.

Understanding Your State Massage Board Requirements: It is your responsibility to understand your own state massage board requirements regarding online continuing education courses in order to renew your license.  The state bundles are created for your convenience only and do not necessarily reflect all or specific courses that you may need to meet your state board licensing renewal. State Requirements and Individual State Bundles are updated and maintained to the very best of my ability, but state licensing requirements frequently change. CE Providers are not contacted by individual states with state licensing changes. It is up to the individual student to ensure that they are meeting the state requirements for their renewal. Course Bundles are created for your convenience only.
