“Florida Laws, Rules and Regulations, 2 CE” is an NCBTMB approved massage continuing education course designed for:

• Florida State Licensed Massage Therapists who are in need of meeting Florida State re-licensing requirements in order to renew their license. This course is only accepted by Florida.

This course will focus on the laws and rules that govern and regulate the practice of massage therapy in the state of Florida. Information presented in this program includes Chapters 456 (Health Professions and Occupations – General Provisions) and 480 (Massage Therapy Practice Act) of the Florida Statutes and Chapter 64B7 (Massage Therapy Rules of the Florida Administrative Code) and the new law CS/HB 1065 (Criminal Background and Fingerprinting). This course is only valid for Florida massage license renewal.

Materials

All course materials and Certificates of Completion are only available online. Each course exam consists of multiple choice questions and course exams are graded immediately. The student has multiple opportunities to retake each exam to meet the passing score. Once the student passes the exam with 70%, your Certificate of Completion is available to print or download and save to your device. According to individual state massage boards and NCBTMB, it is the responsibility of the student to save their Certificates of Completion for a minimum of 5 years. Your account, course materials and Certificates of Completion are only available for one year from date of purchase.
