TEMPORARY CE CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19
Massage therapy continuing education requirements for license renewal vary from state to state and the laws are constantly changing. Currently, we understand that Pennsylvania requires 24 CE hours every 2 years for license renewal – 4 CE hours must be in ETHICS and 2 CE hours must be in child abuse recognition and reporting.  A CPR Training Class is also required and may be taken online for the 2021 renewal period. During this “Covid Renewal Cycle”, you may take all of your continuing education requirements online.

  • As of March 22, 2020 and updated in Dec. (see below) the Pennsylvania Department of State has suspended restrictions on the number of CE hours that can be taken through online/home study courses for this renewal period. You may take all of your continuing education hours online with Massage CE Learning Tree and the “Child Abuse Recognition and Reporting” separately with one of the listed PA Approved CE Providers HERE.
