June 30, 2021 RENEWAL CYCLE CEU REQUIREMENTS
IMPORTANT NEWS ABOUT YOUR LICENSE/REGISTRATION RENEWAL
YOUR LICENSE/REGISTRATION EXPIRES ON JUNE 30, 2021.
Renewal Deadline: June 30, 2021, in compliance with Governor Hogan’s Executive Order dated March 9, 2021. Inactive status changes may also be completed online during the renewal period.
The online renewal portal closes at 12:00 am on July 1, 2021.
July 1, 2021 – You must submit a paper Reinstatement Application and the applicable fees to practice massage therapy.
Mandatory CEUs, Electives Waiver, and CPR Certification:
- Mandatory 7 CEUs: 3 Hrs. Ethics or Jurisprudence; 3 Hrs. in Communicable Diseases including HIV/AIDS; 1 Hr. Diversity or Cultural Competency.
- 17 elective CEUs waived.
- Must possess an unexpired CPR certificate (LMTs Healthcare Provider Level & RMP’s Basic CPR) at the time of renewal.
7 REQUIRED CEUs & CPR REQUIREMENT
3 CEUs in Ethics or in Jurisprudence
3 CEUs in Communicable Diseases (including HIV/AIDS)
1 CEU in Cultural Competency/Diversity
