If you did not include this information correctly (check your certificates) Hours automatically forward to CEBroker GA when this information is set up correctly in your account BEFORE you start your courses. If you have already completed your courses without the information set up correctly, your hours will not report and you will have to self-report your CE hours to CEBroker.
