From The Home Page

Choose Either Individual Courses or Your State Course Bundle
View The Description
Add To Cart
View The Cart
Proceed To Check-Out
Add In Your Name, State Licensing Number And Your State
Complete Your Purchase
Once you’ve purchased, keep your password handy because you will be directed to log back into to your account where you will find your courses.
Click on MY ACCOUNT (Upper Right)
Scroll down to the first course title and click it.
You can view the final exam before you start reading through the course. You will take the same exam at the end of the course.
Important exam information to complete the exam is HIGHLIGHTED throughout the course.
You will have 5 opportunities to pass the exam with 70%. If you fail the exam, review your answers before taking the exam again.
Read through the course materials and MARK COMPLETE at the bottom of each lesson to proceed through the course.
The courses are “user friendly” and very easy to complete.
Complete the final exam
Once you’ve completed your exam, you’ll have the opportunity to download and save each certificate to your device. It is recommended to save each course certificate to your device since state boards randomly choose students to audit for proof of course completions and you will be required to send in a copy of your Certificates of Completion if you are randomly audited. Students can be audited at anytime, usually up to 24 months after license renewal.
Your account, courses and copies of your Certificates of Completion are only available for one year from the date of purchase. After one year, accounts are deleted from the system so students may repurchase and complete courses for a new renewal period.
Once you have completed a course, you can return to MY ACCOUNT to continue taking your courses or LOGOUT.
If you leave before completing a course, you may resume the course at any time by clicking the RESUME COURSE button.
All instructions are provided in each course
You cannot use the same account or student email address to purchase for more than one student. You must LOG OUT COMPLETELY after your initial purchase and then create a new account using a different email address for the student profile login not used by another student. Each student must have their own separate account and unique email address not used by another student. Students cannot share accounts

Logging Into Your Account

Use the student email address that you used to set up your account when you purchased.
If you forget your password, you can reset it from the Login Page.
Click Lost Your Password to receive a password reset link to the email address you used to set up your account.
If you do not receive a password link reset, you may be using the wrong email address you used to set up your account.
Check your Receipt of Purchase which you received when you purchased your courses. The email address you used will be on the receipt.
If you are still having an issue, use the CONTACT US link on the homepage so I can check your account and send you a password reset link.
If you’ve purchased your courses over 1 year ago, your courses and account are no longer available. All courses and accounts are deleted from the system for a new renewal year. You may repurchase using the same email address since it is no longer in the system.
